William T. Doogan - CEO / Principal

William T. Doogan was born in Juneau, Alaska and earned a degree in business management and finance from the University of Northern Colorado. He came to Interurban as a sales agent in 1979, subsequently purchasing the company in 1985. He has brokered over $1 billion dollars in multi-family transactions and asset managed over 10,000 units nationally. He is a licensed broker in Colorado and Texas and a member of DMCAR, HAR, TAR, & NAR.
Mr. Doogan's accomplishments include past Chairman of the Board of the BBB, D.A.R.E., Just Say No, and GMCD Ethics and Orientation Committee. He hosted KNUS Real Estate Show and has been published in the Colorado Commercial Guide, Multifamily Quarterly Magazine, The Denver Post, Rocky Mountain News and the Sentinel Newspaper.
Bill lives in Castle Rock, Colorado with his wife and their three children.
Ernie Jablonski - Vice President
Ernie was born in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Indiana State University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Ernie joined Interurban Corporation in 1983 and was promoted to Vice President after reaching the multi-million dollar level in sales on a yearly basis. He is responsible for sales training, annual sales volume, and direction.Ernie's outside interests center around his wife and daughter, Katie. He also enjoys fishing, camping, tennis and his volunteer work.
Douglas C. Gordon
Doug was born in Connecticut and moved to Denver, Colorado as a child. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in 1989, and since then has been involved in real estate in a variety of capacities.
In 2000, Mr. Gordon joined the Interurban Team as Broker and Asset Manager. Today, he brokers properties for a variety of Interurban Partnerships across the country.
As one of the Managing Partners for Limited Liability Partnerships, Mr. Gordon is directly involved in the underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions, and assisting in the operational oversight of assets during their holding period. Mr. Gordon also specializes in Value Add and Conversion Opportunities, advising a wide array of partnerships with varied investment goals and strategies.
Mr. Gordon currently resides in Parker with his wife and their two daughters. On the weekends their family enjoys racing bicycles, camping, skiing and other outdoor related activities. He and his family are also active members of their church community, having served others as far away as Mexico and Panama.
Richard C. Rizzuto
Rick was born in Metairie, LA. He is a veteran of Desert Storm & Shield and received an honorable discharge in 1994. He graduated from Regents College of Albany, NY with an A.D.N. in 1995. He joined the Interurban team in 1999 as a principal, broker, and asset manager. He's a licensed broker in Colorado, Texas, and North Carolina.Mr. Rizzuto directs and advises limited liability partnerships. As one of the managing partners, he is responsible for assisting with asset management, financing, and the underwriting of potential acquisitions and dispositions.
Rick lives in Highlands Ranch, Colorado with his wife and his son. He enjoys snowboarding, hiking, biking, and running in his free time.
Dennis Deppermann
Dennis graduated from the University of Missouri in 1975 with a Bachelors degree in chemistry and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He has been a Denver area resident since 1977. Dennis received his brokers license in 1987 and joined Interurban Corporation in 1990. He has continued to expand and update his knowledge extensively in many areas but with emphasis on areas of particular interest such as financial and portfolio management, investment analysis, property valuation and tax considerations. His knowledge and expertise has generated desired and predicted results for his clients whether due to purchase, sale or tax deferred exchange.The Deppermann family includes Dennis, his wife, a daughter and son. Dennis enjoys spending his free time doing outdoor activities such as fly fishing, camping and hiking.
Linda Hooks
Linda is a native Houstonian. She's been active in real estate since 1978 ranging from retail, office sales, leasing, management, construction and land sales. She is a licensed broker in both Colorado and Texas.
Penny S. Weber
Penny is Director of Operations for Interurban Corporation. She facilitates all transactions and oversees the closing and funding of all Interurban Partnerships. Penny also is responsible for Interurban staffing.Penny is a Colorado native who currently resides in Littleton, Colorado with her husband and 2 daughters. In her spare time, along with keeping up with her girls' school and sports activities, she plays 4 person and doubles coed volleyball, enjoys hiking, camping, and various other activities that include family and friends. Being a "true" Colorado native, she is also an avid Broncos, Rockies, and Avalanche fan. She studied Business and Marketing at Metropolitan State College. After years of working as a manager in the Banking and Insurance industries, she began her career with Interurban in October 1991.
Robert Hastedt
Robert Hastedt works as a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator. With his unique combination of knowledge, experience, and insight, Robert has helped collaborate many successful investment transactions. His ability to anticipate returns and underwrite risk has guided clients to achieve profitable returns.Robert's primary focus has been analyzing and underwriting potential acquisitions as well as creating business plans for each asset acquired. He has also successfully streamlined and improved operations within the mortgage division.
Robert is a Colorado native and currently resides in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Robert graduated from the University of Denver where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition to his academic accomplishments, Robert was the recipient of a scholarship for the men's basketball team.
While Robert is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Golf, travel, water sports and playing with the kids are activities that Robert enjoys most.
