Billy Oen - Senior Vice President
Billy was born in Texas, and has lived in Colorado for forty years. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, with a minor in Advertising. Billy has managed our mortgage division since 1997, handling both residential and commercial properties with purchases as well as refinances. In addition to overseeing the mortgage company, Billy also coordinates our asset management efforts. Billy owns multiple properties himself, and brings leadership and creativity to our day -to-day operations regarding the management and operation of numerous properties out of state. We are glad to have Billy's keen eye and experience. He offers an extra level of customer service to our clients.Billy resides in Castle Rock, Colorado, with his wife and four year old twins. He enjoys golfing, football, and is an avid Denver Bronco fan. Billy has a philanthropic side as well. In January of 2008, he started up the Pounds for Panama campaign where people sponsored Billy's weight loss, and pledged money to help build a badly needed school in southern Panama. Billy's wife, Virginia, always has to remind him to tell people that the two twins they have, Heidi and Howard, are toy wiener dogs!
Tammy Mills
Tammy has been with Interurban Corporation since 1997. She originates both residential and commercial loans, and oversees the processing of each loan. Tammy is also responsible for all bookkeeping and payroll for Interurban Mortgage. Tammy is currently coordinating the efforts of outside loan originators specializing in FHA loans.Tammy lives in Elizabeth with her husband and two sons. She enjoys all outdoor activities especially swimming, water skiing and snowmobiling. She loves to watch her boys play sports.
